Passport copy + original certificate “No difference from the original”
Japanese translation of passport (English translation also acceptable)
Affidavit (document certified by a notary public) and its Japanese translation (English translation also acceptable)
Seal (if you are a foreign national, you do not need one, but it is better to have one when making corrections, etc.) → A seal can be prepared if requested
Certificate of Translation → This can be prepared if requested
