Required documents
The documents required for real estate registration are listed below. In addition, if the documents are in English, we can prepare a translation and a translation certificate.
- Passport copy + original certificate “No difference from the original”
- Japanese translation of passport (English translation also acceptable)
- Affidavit (document certified by a notary public) and its Japanese translation (English translation also acceptable)
- Seal (if you are a foreign national, you do not need one, but it is better to have one when making corrections, etc.) → A seal can be prepared if requested
- Certificate of Translation → This can be prepared if requested
