In order to create and review a contract, it is essential to have a “preliminary interview” to inquire about the background circumstances of the business (web interviews are possible). Please note that we cannot accommodate requests to provide only the contract without an interview.
WORKFLOW
We will ask you about the background circumstances and the contents to be included in the contract, such as the contract form, contract amount, expected business and operation, etc. Web-based consultation is also possible. If you have a draft of the contract, please provide it.
We will provide you with a quote for your consideration. If you agree, we will proceed to the next step. If you need it urgently, a rush fee will be added.
We will keep you updated on the draft and progress. If any questions arise during the creation process, we will email you with them.
We will deliver by the desired date (if you need it urgently, an express fee will be added).
When we deliver the product, we will explain the background to the creation of the contract and any revisions that need to be made in an online interview if necessary.
