Cost Simulation
【Revised to establish a company when obtaining a Business Manager Visa.】
From October 16, 2025, whether you are a joint-stock company or a limited liability company, you will need capital of 30 million yen or more to obtain a Business Manager Visa. I will explain this in the section on company establishment when obtaining a Business Manager Visa.
In the case of establishing a KK with the capital amount of 30 million, the fee is approximately 380,000 yen (in this case, there is no English translation of the articles of incorporation). The fee may vary depending on the details of the case.
Various seals are required for administrative procedures in Japan. So, company seals and a personal seal should be prepared. If you would like me to prepare seals, an additional 25,000 yen or more will be charged on top of the above.
